Scott Macmurdo is a sustainability specialist for NRG Energy, where he helps corporate customers to meet their renewable energy needs. Macmurdo also develops strategies to reduce NRG’s environmental footprint and deliver on the company’s science-based carbon-reduction goal. Prior to joining NRG, Macmurdo served in a variety of roles at the Corporate Eco Forum and the Council on Foreign Relations. He holds a BA in international studies and French from Rhodes College and an MA in sustainable energy and environmental policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
