Empire State Building Establishes New Energy Efficiency Model Nationwide


Over the past two years, the Empire State Building energy retrofit model has been replicated throughout the United States. Johnson Controls and Jones Lang LaSalle jointly implemented the program at all 13 properties in the Empire State Buildings's holding company in the New York metropolitan-area commercial portfolio. This same model has also been replicated at 44 commercial buildings in the U.S. from New York City to Chicago to San Francisco. Learn More
